Some Cruise Picutres
Gosh, it's been so long since I've posted that I couldn't remember my user name and password to log in!! Ah ha ha ha! SO, I must first say sorry to everyone who was unaware we were going on a Carribean Cruise... I didn't blog about it for fear of unknown readers who might decide to rob us if they knew we were heading off for 10 days. I suppose I could have posted it without the dates eh? Doh. Well, we went with Auntie Cathy, Uncle Barry, Devon, and my 2nd cousin Richard. A few months ago I was working away as normal at work when Auntie Cathy called! She said that her and Uncle Barry had booked this cruise a few months ago and the rates were still good now so Devon and Richard were going to go with them, and Richard had suggested that maybe Dave and I would want to go with them. Well, of COURSE we wanted to go on a Carribean Cruise, but the question was COULD WE!? So I crunched the numbers and we checked with work, and with some scrimping we were able to do it!! We weren't PLANNING to go on a holiday anytime soon, but that's what happened! So a few months after booking we were on our merry way! Now we are back and had a faaabulous time. We weren't able to get off at our last port (which is the BEST ONE according to EVERYONE) it's the island that is owned by the cruise line. So sad that we missed that, but amazingly I got quite the tan for only three days in the sun! The only problem with the quick bake method is that I am now starting to peel :( The FOOD, oh the FOOD, was simply amazing. Our servers, and room attendant were awesome. Everyone working on the ship was so friendly, and our server Made even remembered our names whenever he saw us!
1st Formal Night, Auntie Cathy and I had makeovers done! It was so fun!!

Wow!!! That sounds like so much fun,that is so cool that you guys were able to go! I'm so jealous *smiles*
Good to hear you're still alive...again! Looks like a fabulous trip! I always thought the idea of going on a cruise would be good times but the more I think about it the more worried I would get going cabin crazy and confined to a boat (except when you're in port that is).

Like Alanna, I'm SO jealous! I know I shouldn't be, but I'm pretty sure that I'll never go on one...so I think I can be :) Duane doesn't really like the idea, and I've pretty much always wanted to go! Oh well. Glad you guys had a great time! It'll be fun to see the rest of your pics next weekend!
Wow! Sounds like good times! Its nice when the money thing works out and you can get away! I have always wanted to go on a cruise! Now more than ever! :)
The last picture with the clear blue water is just amazing. Looks like you both had lots of fun :)
